I have been training in Shaolin Kung fu and Sanda for a few years and after having various aches and pains I started to take MSM on a regular basis.
The difference I have felt is amazing, my flexibility has improved, I used to have weak wrists that ached and clicked a lot, this has completely gone and I
find recovery time is much quicker.
It took about 3 weeks of taking a level tsp in a glass of water 3 or 4 times a day before I noticed a difference, it sounds a lot but if you are into any kind of sport it is well worth it. If you don't like the taste you can add it to a smoothie or take MSM tablets.
