This is a rich flavoured jam, low in sugar and high in nutrients. It goes deliciously with lightly salted flax crackers.

Ingredients

200g Black Mulberries
1/4 C Chia Seeds
3 T Coconut Blossom Nectar
juice from 1/2 a small lemon
small pinch of salt
spring water

Method

Step 1:

Rinse Black Mulberries in spring water.

Step 2:

Soak Chia Seeds in spring water (equal parts chia seeds and water.)

Step 3:

Add the Mulberries, Chia Seeds, Coconut Blossom Nectar, lemon juice and salt together in the blender.

Step 4:

Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Decant into a glass jar and store in the fridge.
