Ingredients

1-½ C thick Greek-style yoghurt, or coconut yoghurt, plus extra for serving
4 Tbsp raw Cacao Powder (sifted), plus extra for dusting
4 Tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup
2 Tbsp macadamia butter, or nut butter of choice
2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
Cacao Nibs, for serving

Topping ideas:
extra yoghurt
fresh berries
raw Cacao Nibs
dark chocolate shavings
flaky sea salt

Method

Step 1:

In a large bowl, combine yoghurt, cacao powder, sweetener of choice, nut butter, vanilla extract and sea salt. Whisk thoroughly until completely smooth in texture and well combined.

Step 2:

Divide evenly between small glasses and serve immediately, or chill for a slightly thicker consistency.

Step 3:

Sprinkle toppings of choice over the top of each pudding once ready to serve.
