Ingredients

2 C raw Oats
1 C Almonds
1 C Sunflower Seeds
1/2 C Goji Berries
1/2 C Chia Seeds
1/2 C Currants or Raisins
1/2 C Cacao Nibs
1/2 C White Mulberries
1/4 C Lucuma Powder
1/4 C Hemp Seeds

Method

Step 1:

Pulse the oats, almonds and sunflower seeds in a food processor until the ingredients are roughly chopped.

Step 2:

Put the chopped nuts into a mixing bowl and add the Goji Berries, Chia Seeds, raisins or currants, White Mulberries, Cacao Nibs, Lucuma Powder and Hemp Seeds.

Step 3:

Mix together and store in a glass jar.

To serve:

Spoon into individual breakfast bowls and add a nut or seed milk of your choice. Add a dollop of Coconut Blossom Nectar to sweeten and enjoy.
