Matcha powder is an extremely potent green powder with an array of health benefits. Matcha has been shown to enhance mood, boost concentration, and speed up metabolism. 1½ tsp Matcha Powder
1½ Tbsp honey
1½ tsp hot water
½ drop peppermint essential oil
1½ C coconut milk or almond milk


Step 1:

Place the matcha and hot water into a mug. Mix well.

Step 2:

Heat your milk of choice to a gentle simmer, and immediately remove from the heat.

Step 3:

Use a handheld frother, frothing pitcher or an espresso machine to get the desired frothy effect.

Step 4:

Pour the milk into your frappé mug. Pour one drop of mint essential oil onto a teaspoon. From there tilt about half a drop from the spoon into the frappé. Add honey. Stir well to combine.

Step 5:

Enjoy your creamy frappé and get ready to take on the day!
