Combine the coconut cream, cacao butter, coconut butter and your sweetener of choice in a small saucepan. Melt very gently over a low heat, and whisk together until smooth. Remove from heat to cool slightly.
Step 2:Stir in the macadamia butter, salt, orange zest, lime zest & lime juice and stir to create a silky smooth texture.
Step 3:Place the mixture in a shallow bowl and refrigerate until firm; about 30 minutes - 1 hour.
Step 4:Using a spoon, scoop small truffles from the mixture and gently shape into balls with your hands.
