METHOD

STEP 1:

Cook the oats, salt and milk in a pot on a low heat.

 

STEP 2:

Simmer for 10min until the oats are soft and cooked through (add more water if needed).

 

STEP 3:

While the oats are cooking, heat the blueberries in a pot with a splash of water and a squeeze of lemon. Allow the berries to reduce and make a natural sauce.

 

STEP 4:

Remove the oats from the heat and add in the Nourish Superfood Protein Shake.

 

STEP 5:

Top with peanut butter and sweetener if needed.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ C rolled oats
  • 3 Tbsp Nourish Superfood Protein Shake
  • Pinch salt
  • 1-1.5 C plant-based milk
  • ½ C blueberries
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon/orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
