Surprisingly simple, but pay attention
Soak the dates in the water until soft.
Step 2:Blend the dates and the soak water into a date jam, adding the Cacao Powder to make it a chocolate date jam.
Step 3:In a food processor, pulse the oats till roughly chopped and then add the remaining ingredients and pulse.
Step 4:Place dry ingredients in a bowl and add the date jam. Work it through into a doughy consistency.
Step 5:Spread out onto a solid sheet and dry in a dehydrator for 12 hours.
Step 6:Make the chocolate sauce – in a pot suspended over hot water melt the Cacao Paste, Cacao Butter and coconut oil together and stir in Coconut Blossom Nectar or sweetener of your choice.
Step 7:Cut into bar shapes and dip into chocolate sauce. Allow the chocolate to set in the fridge.
