Blend the dates and the soak water into a date jam, adding the Cacao Powder to make it a chocolate date jam.Step 3:
In a food processor, pulse the oats till roughly chopped and then add the remaining ingredients and pulse.Step 4:
Place dry ingredients in a bowl and add the date jam. Work it through into a doughy consistency.Step 5:
Spread out onto a solid sheet and dry in a dehydrator for 12 hours.Step 6:
Make the chocolate sauce – in a pot suspended over hot water melt the Cacao Paste, Cacao Butter and coconut oil together and stir in Coconut Blossom Nectar or sweetener of your choice.Step 7:
Cut into bar shapes and dip into chocolate sauce. Allow the chocolate to set in the fridge.
