Ingredients

500ml water
1 Apple
1 Banana (Tip: frozen banana is refreshing in a smoothie! Peel them before you freeze them).
6 Spinach leaves
Juice of 1 large organic Lemon
2 T Hemp Seeds
1 T Hemp Protein Powder

Method

Step 1:

Wash and chop fruit and vegetables.

Step 2:

Juice the lemon. Tip: Keep a little of the outer skin to add to add extra citrus flavour as a counterpoint to the green notes.

Step 3:

Add all ingredients to the blender.

Step 4:

Blend until smooth.
