Place the salted caramel ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2:Add ¾ cup of the caramel, rolled oats and the coconut back in the blender and pulse again until the rawnola comes together.
Step 3:Blend the chocolate cashew milk ingredients and then leave to cool until serving time.
Step 4:Serve the rawnola with fresh fruit and cashew chocolate milk.
