The name says it all really - the Super Chia Berry Bowl is a delicious combination of our Super Chia Vanilla breakfast blend and lots of fresh antioxidant rich berries. This fruity chia breakfast blend is packed with the power of 8 superfoods, including white mulberries, goji berries and golden berries. This breakfast is a berry explosion!

Ingredients

6 Tbsp Super Chia Vanilla
1 can coconut milk or nut 400 ml nut milk of your choice

Toppings:
strawberries
raspberries
blueberries

Method

Step 1:

Divide the Super Chia between two bowls. Add 200 ml of coconut milk to each bowl. Mix well.

Step 2:

Allow the Super Chia to stand and thicken for 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Add a healthy serving of antioxidant rich berries on top.

Notes:

You can use any nut milk of your choice for this recipe. If coconut milk is too rich for you, add water instead. A simple hemp seed milk or almond milk also works well. You can add milk initially to allow the Super Chia to thicken. Plus, you can add extra milk on top along with your berries.
