Pre-heat oven to 160ºC.Step 2:
In a large bowl, mix together the nut butter, cinnamon, vanilla, monk fruit and salt.Step 3:
Then add all the grains, nuts and seeds (not the figs) and mix through to make sure everything is evenly coated. Add a little bit of coconut oil if the mixture needs more lubrication.Step 4:
Spread the granola mix out onto a large roasting pan, and bake for 20minStep 5:
Turn off the oven and allow granola to cool completely.Step 6:
Add in the chopped figs to the cooked granola and store in a glass jar for up to a month.
