Pre-heat oven to 160ºC.
Step 2:In a large bowl, mix together the nut butter, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.
Step 3:Then add all the grains, nuts and seeds (not the figs) and mix through to make sure everything is evenly coated. Add a little bit of coconut oil if the mixture needs more lubrication.
Step 4:Spread the granola mix out onto a large roasting pan, and bake for 20min
Step 5:Turn off the oven and allow granola to cool completely.
Step 6:Add in the chopped figs to the cooked granola and store in a glass jar for up to a month.
