Ingredients

2 cups cooked chickpeas
1/2 cup nut butter
1/3 cup sorghum flour/oat flour
1 Tbsp flaxseed + 3 Tbsp water
1/3 cup maple syrup
1.5 tsp chaga powder
Pinch of salt

Toppings:

Melted Dark chocolate & malden salt

Method

STEP 1:

Preheat the oven to 180’C

STEP 2

Place chickpeas, maple, nut butter and flax egg in a food processor. Blend until smooth.

STEP 3:

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend.

STEP 4:

Place the mixture in a lined baking tin and place it on the middle rack for 20 minutes.

STEP 5:

Remove and allow to cool. Then, cut into squares and top with melted chocolate and a pinch of salt.
