METHOD

STEP 1:

Melt cacao paste and cacao butter in a bowl suspended over another containing hot water - bain-marie style.

 

STEP 2:

Stir in sweetener until desired taste.

 

STEP 3:

Pour over ice cream and indulge...

 

OPTIONAL:

Break your favorite chocolate bar into pieces and sprinkle on top.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 part Cacao Paste ( we used ½ Cup)
  • 1 part Cacao Butter (we used ¼ Cup)
  • Sweetener of choice
  • Optional: add your favourite raw chocolate bar ( we used Maca Xpresso )
