HOMEMADE HEMP MILK

This milk can be used daily – over breakfasts, in smoothies, as a basis for ice creams, and so on. Hemp seeds vary from batch to batch and on occasion they can be a bit bitter. If so, just add a little extra Coconut Blossom Nectar to sweeten them up. This milk keeps in the fridge for 2 – 3 days.
