At Soaring Free Superfoods, we’re serious about treading as lightly as we can on the earth. That means using eco-friendly packaging and ensuring that all our organic products and ingredients are sourced sustainably. We also aim to educate people about living in ways that benefit their health, and the environment.

Dictionaries define “superfoods” as being nutrient-rich and considered to be especially beneficial for health and well-being. That’s a good start, but there’s much more to superfoods than that.

At Soaring Free Superfoods, we define superfoods as organic or wildcrafted, raw, plant-based whole foods that have been recognised since ancient times as being able to heal and nourish the body.

Superfoods often come from the world’s most energetic places, such as the Amazon rainforest, the Andes mountains, the foothills of the Himalayas and the African savannah. Every biome produces superfoods that have been traditionally used by indigenous peoples.

Western science is now proving what these ancient cultures have always known: that the exceptional nutrient density of these foods is far beyond that of conventional foods. With the incredible healing abilities of these nutrients, superfoods bridge the gap between food and herbal medicine.

GOING THE EXTRA MILE

You might notice that we have thought of everything, right down to the box tape we use which is also biodegradable, and the wood wool which can go into worm bins and compost. Everything we use for packaging is either compostable or recyclable.

EDUCATION

Soaring Free Superfoods is primarily a business centred around heart-based education.

Changing habits – especially eating habits – is hard! We believe that through education and being curious, each of us can find the inspiration and motivation we need to amend our ways so that we can become better consumers – in the sense that we take less from the planet, even as we receive more.

We strive to ensure that every one of our superfood products is a revelation, and we encourage you to share and gift superfoods to friends and relatives, so that they can also see that there’s a better way.
