METHOD
STEP 1:
Cook the oats, salt and milk in a pot on a low heat.
STEP 2:
Simmer for 10min until the oats are soft and cooked through (add more water if needed).
STEP 3:
While the oats are cooking, heat the blueberries in a pot with a splash of water and a squeeze of lemon. Allow the berries to reduce and make a natural sauce.
STEP 4:
Remove the oats from the heat and add in the Awaken Superfood Protein Shake.
STEP 5:
Top with peanut butter and sweetener if needed.

- ¼ C rolled oats
- 3 Tbsp Awaken Superfood Protein Shake
- Pinch salt
- 1-1.5 C plant-based milk
- ½ C blueberries
- Squeeze of fresh lemon/orange juice
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
