METHOD
STEP 1:
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
STEP 2:
Set in the freezer overnight.
STEP 3:
For the toppings: to make the sprinkles, put each topping in a food processor to blitz into finer pieces and press onto the chocolate drizzle to set.
STEP 4:
To make the chocolate drizzle - melt together the cacao paste & butter and add the coconut blossom nectar.
INGREDIENTS
- 400ml organic coconut milk
- 1C cashews
- ½ C coconut oil, melted
- ¼C Coconut Blossom Nectar
- ¼ C Superfood Protein Shake
TOPPINGS:
- Cacao Nibs
- Lemon zest
- Goji Berries
- Desiccated coconut
- Chocolate drizzle made from Cacao Paste, Cacao Butter & Coconut Blossom Nectar
