Combine the coconut cream, cacao butter, coconut butter and your sweetener of choice in a small saucepan. Melt very gently over a low heat, and whisk together until smooth. Remove from heat to cool slightly.
Stir in the macadamia butter, salt, orange zest, lime zest & lime juice and stir to create a silky smooth texture.
Place the mixture in a shallow bowl and refrigerate until firm; about 30 minutes - 1 hour.
Using a spoon, scoop small truffles from the mixture and gently shape into balls with your hands.
- 100g coconut cream
- 100g Cacao Butter
- 75g coconut butter
- 2 Tbsp honey/pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp macadamia butter
- Pinch of salt
- Zest of ½ lime
- Zest of ¼ orange
- 1 small lime, juiced
- 1 Tbsp Moringa Powder
- 60g pistachios, finely chopped (optional)
