METHOD
STEP 1:
In a food processor, add the all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
STEP 2:
Place mixture in the freezer for 1 hour or until hardened.
STEP 3:
Roll ingredients into 20g balls.
STEP 4:
Melt the dark chocolate over warm water.
STEP 5:
Coat the balls and top with a sprinkle of malden sea salt.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ¼ C cashews, soaked
- 1.5 C desiccated coconut
- ½ T maple syrup
- 2 T coconut oil, melted
- 2 C coconut cream
- 1 T Baobab Powder
- Dark chocolate, chunks
