METHOD
STEP 1:
Mix the camu camu powder, coconut blossom nectar, lime and lemon juice together to form a paste-like syrup.
STEP 2:
Top up with soda water or kombucha and crushed ice, then stir until well.
STEP 3:
Add in pomegranate arils, cardamom pods and a few extra slices of lime.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp Camu Camu Berry Powder
- 1 tsp Baobab Powder
- 2 tbsp Coconut Blossom Nectar, Raw Honey or Pure Maple Syrup
- Juice from ½ fresh lime
- Juice from ½ fresh lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh pomegranate arils
- 1 tsp cardamom pods (whole)
- 500ml soda water (or fizzy kombucha for an extra healthy punch!)
