To make chaga tea: take 500ml hot water & 2 t Chaga Powder, add to a tea pot or plunger pot. Leave for 5 minutes and then strain. (TIP: powder can be reused (brewed twice or thrice) until the tea is weak, and then the leftover powder from the brew added to smoothie.)
Add all dry ingredients to a mug and stir in a little hot brewed chaga tea to make a paste.
STEP 3 :
Stir in coconut oil and then top up with more chaga tea while stirring.
STEP 4 (OPTIONAL ) :
If you're craving that extra protein boost, add the almonds along with all other ingredients into a blender and enjoy.
- 500ml of pre-brewed Chaga tea
- 1 T coconut oil
- 1 T Black Maca Powder
- 2 T Cacao Powder
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 handful of raw almonds *
