Melting + Dipping + Setting
Melt cacao paste and cacao butter in a bowl suspended over another containing hot water - bain-marie style.
Stir in sweetener until desired taste.
Swirl your strawberries around in the chocolate sauce until well covered and put them on a plate to set in the fridge.
- 2 parts Cacao Paste ( we used ½ Cup)
- 1 part Cacao Butter (we used ¼ Cup)
- sweetener of choice
- fresh strawberries
- Optional: a touch of mint extract (you will not regret this)
- Drizzle over peanut butter or chopped nuts
