METHOD
STEP 1:
First blend all the ingredients, except the ice and cacao nibs, until smooth.
STEP 2:
Add the ice and blend. You should get a thick icy-textured drink that’s best to eat with a spoon.
STEP 3:
Sprinkle with cacao nibs to decorate.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 C ice
- ½ C water
- ½ C cashews
- ⅛ C maple / honey / coconut blosson nectar
- 1 Tbsp Black Maca Powder
- 1 Tbsp prepared foti powder
- ¼ C Cacao Powder
- ¼ tsp Ashwagandha powder
- Cacao Nibs (optional)
