METHOD
STEP 1:
Melt 100g cacao butter over a double boiler on low heat.
STEP 2:
Blend it in your power blender along with 100g un-melted cacao butter, the goji berries and honey. The consistency should not be runny, but thick and spreadable.
STEP 3:
Spread the mixture in a small casserole dish or lunchbox lined with baking paper so it’s easy to take out.
STEP 4:
Let it set at room temperature until it becomes firm enough to slice into squares (do not put it in the fridge as it will go too hard).
