METHOD

STEP 1:
Heat macadamia milk with the cacao butter, vanilla extract and maple syrup.

STEP 2:
In two separate little bowls make the matcha syrup & chocolate syrup

STEP 3:
Once macadamia milk is hot remove from heat, pour into a frother to froth. ( Can use a plunger to froth or even a whisk )

STEP 4:
In a tall mug pour the cacao syrup first, then the matcha syrup and lastly the warm frothed macadamia milk for a muddy matcha delight

NOTE:
The maple syrup is to be used at your own discretion for desired sweetness, add more or less to your acquired taste

 

INGREDIENTS

 

Prepare the plant milk

  • ½ tsp Cacao Butter
  • 1 C macadamia / oat milk (gluten free)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp pure maple syrup


Make chocolate syrup

  • 1 tsp Cacao Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
  • Add a bit of boiled water and form into a syrup


Make matcha syrup

  • 1-2tsp Matcha
  • 1 tsp Cacao Butter
  • Add a bit of boiled water and form into a syrup
