STEP 1:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 C water
- 1/2 C cashews
- 4 Tbsp Cinnamon Plant Based Protein Mix
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp honey (or white mulberries or dates)
- pinch of vanilla powder
TOPPINGS:
- Sliced figs
- Goji Berries
- Cacao Nibs
Optional: instead of 2 cups of water, add 1 cup of water and for the other cup add ice blocks to the cup measure and then fill with water. This will give it a thicker consistency.
