METHOD
STEP 1:
Mix together all of the base layer ingredients until smooth. Pour into the silicone mold / tray.
STEP 2:
Melt the dark chocolate and add the açai powder. Top with the melted chocolate layer and top with sea salt. Place in the freezer for 2 hours until firm.

BOTTOM LAYER
- 1 Tbsp Tremella powder
- ½ C tahini
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
TOP LAYER
- 6 blocks dark chocolate OR 50g Cacao Paste
- 1 Tbsp Açai Berry Powder
- Pinch of sea salt
