1 Smoothie Bowl

METHOD
STEP 1:
Activate the Chia seeds and set aside until they have become a gel.
STEP 2:
Add all the smoothie ingredients into a Nutribullet on high speed until well combined.
STEP 3 :
Divide the coconut cream into 3 portions. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric to one portion, 1/2 tsp spirulina to one portion and 1/2 tsp beetroot powder to the last portion.
STEP 4 :
Pour the smoothie into a bowl, and use a teaspoon to drizzle the different colour coconut creams on top.
STEP 5 :
Place your chopped fruit into a half moon shape and sprinkle over a few sunflower seeds.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ C frozen blueberries
- 1 cup coconut water (sub water if you don’t want coconut water)
- 1 Tbsp activated Chia Seeds (add ¼ C water to 1 Tbsp Chia and set aside for 5 or so minutes)
- 1 tsp Tremella Powder
- 2 tsp charcoal powder
- 2 medjool dates
TOPPINGS
- ½ C Coconut cream
- Turmeric, spirulina, beetroot powder
- Fresh fruit (seasonal)
- Sunflower seeds or hemp seeds
- Coconut flakes
- Chopped nuts of choice
