METHOD
STEP 1:
Scoop out the avocado flesh into a blender. Add the lemon juice, wheatgrass powder and salt. Blend until smooth and spoon into a bowl.
STEP 2:
Mix in the chopped onion chives or spring onions, cherry tomatoes and coriander and serve.
