STEP 1:
Blend all the cream ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
TO MAKE EASY, GLUTEN-FREE FLAPJACKS:
Blend 1:1 ratio of buckwheat flour and water with a pinch of salt. In a ceramic, non-stock pan with a dash of coconut oil, fry up your flapjack stack! Serve with coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, sliced banana and a squeeze of lemon. Top with your maca cream and sliced organic strawberries... mmmmm!.
INGREDIENTS
Cream ingredients:
- 500ml water & ice blocks
- 1½ bananas, frozen
- 1½ Tbsp Maca
- ¾ C cashews
- 6 dates
- A pinch of salt
- ½tsp vanilla extract, powder or pod (optional)
For the flapjacks:
- 1 C buckwheat flour
- 1 C water
- Pinch of salt
- Dash of vanilla (optional)
- Coconut oil
