Place all the ingredients for the smoothie, except for 2 teaspoon of the espresso shot, in a blender and blend until smooth.
Mix together the coffee syrup ingredients and set aside until serving time.
Top the smoothie with extra granola, fruits and coffee syrup.
- 1 frozen banana
- ⅓ cup frozen seedless grapes
- 1 tbsp macadamia nut butter
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ tsp vanilla powder or extract
- 1 espresso shot
- 1-2tsp of Black Maca powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
For the coffee syrup
- ¼ cup Coconut Blossom Nectar / maple
- 2 tsp of the espresso shot
