10 minutes, plus 2 hours to set in the fridge
In a mixing bowl combine the oats, puffed rice, maca powder, and goji berries. Chop the pecans into small and even pieces. Add the nuts to the rest of the dry ingredients.
In a small saucepan, gently melt the nut butter, honey and coconut oil. This step should not take long.
Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix well to combine.
Press the mixture firmly and evenly into a brownie pan lined with baking paper.
Place in the fridge to set.
Remove after 2 hours and slice into bars.

- 1½ C oats
- 1½ C puffed rice (or millet)
- 4 Tbsp Black or Yellow Maca Powder
- ½ C Goji Berries
- ½ C nut butter
- ¼ C raw honey
- ¼ C coconut oil
