PREPARATION TIME

10 - 15 minutes + setting time

METHOD

STEP 1:
Blend together until smooth. You do this by hand or in a blender - just be sure not to over blend in the blender as the ingredients will separate.

STEP 2:
Pour into moulds and set in the freezer for 10 - 15 minutes. Store in the fridge.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g Cacao butter, melted
  • 100g Cacao powder
  • 125ml liquid sweetener (honey, maple, coconut nectar)
  • seeds of one vanilla pod (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

 

ADD-INS (OPTIONAL):

  • Organic essential oils - mint, orange, rose geranium, ginger, lavender
  • Chopped nuts & dried fruit
  • Cacao nibs
  • Lemon rind & pecans
  • Functional Mushrooms - Immunity, Reishi, Cordyceps, Lion's Mane
  • Dehydrated buckwheat & peppermint essential oil
  • Desiccated coconut
