METHOD

STEP 1:

Process all ingredients in a food processor.

 

STEP 2:

Roll out between 2 sheets of baking paper or press into a shallow dish.

 

STEP 3:

Cut into squares. Alternatively, roll into balls and squish into silicone moulds.

 

STEP 4:

Set in the fridge.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g desiccated coconut
  • 1/3 C runny tahini or macadamia butter or almond butter
  • 1/3 C honey or Coconut Blossom Nectar
  • 1/4 C Cacao butter
  • 2 T Black Maca powder
  • 2 T water
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 pinches of salt
