PREPARATION TIME
Overnight plus 15 minutes
METHOD
STEP 1:
The night before you want to eat your oats: combine oats, filtered water, oat milk and sea salt in a jar and mix gently. The oats should be submerged, but only just. Cover and leave to soak overnight on the counter or in the fridge.
STEP 2: FOR OPTION A:
In the morning add the honey, lemon zest, grated ginger, camu camu and stir to combine. Taste and adjust for your preference, adding more honey and salt if needed. You can also add a dash more water or plant milk if necessary.
FOR OPTION B:
In the morning add the cacao powder and camu camu and stir to combine. Taste and adjust for your preference, adding more honey and salt if needed. You can also add a dash more water or plant milk if necessary.
STEP3:
Divide between two bowls and top with your desired toppings. Enjoy!
NOTES:
These oats can be kept in their jar once everything has been mixed in - they make a great on-the-go meal that travels well.
