METHOD
STEP 1:
In a large bowl, combine yoghurt, cacao powder, sweetener of choice, nut butter, vanilla extract and sea salt. Whisk thoroughly until completely smooth in texture and well combined.
STEP 2:
Divide evenly between small glasses and serve immediately, or chill for a slightly thicker consistency.
STEP 3:
Sprinkle toppings of choice over the top of each pudding once ready to serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 1-½ C thick Greek-style yoghurt, or coconut yoghurt, plus extra for serving
- 4 Tbsp raw Cacao Powder (sifted), plus extra for dusting
- 4 Tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp macadamia butter, or nut butter of choice
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Cacao Nibs, for serving
