METHOD
STEP 1:
To make a thick, cold milkshake pour coconut milk into ice block trays and freeze. Or proceed with step 2 for a thinner version.
STEP 2:
Place all of your ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
STEP 3:
Top with cacao nibs for a chocolate chip crunch and a swirl of coconut cream. Serve with a spoon because you’re going to want to lick the glass out. ; )
INGREDIENTS
- 6 Tbsp Cacao Powder
- 2Tbsp AWAKEN Chocolate Superfood Protein Mix
- 1 C coconut milk
- ¾ C filtered water
- ¾ C frozen cashews
- 1C ice
- 7 dates, pitted
- Small pinch salt
Toppings:
- Cacao Nibs
- Coconut cream
