METHOD
STEP 1:
Place all of the glow ball ingredients in a high-speed blender for 5 minutes or so and blend until the dough comes together, add a bit of water or melted coconut oil if the dough is too dry or add more shredded coconut if too sticky.
STEP 2:
Roll the dough into balls and then roll again in raw cacao powder and edible dust or coating of choice. If using melted chocolate, pop them into the fridge to harden.
STEP 3:
Place in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ C cashew butter or any other nut butter of choice
- 1½ C shredded coconut
- ¼ C date paste or liquid sweetener of choice
- ¼ C Cacao Powder
- ¼ C Glow Superfood Protein Shake
- ¼ C beet powder or natural red food coloring
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
COATING OPTIONS:
- Raw Cacao powder
- Edible food dust
- Crushed nuts and seeds
- Melted chocolate
