METHOD
STEP 1:
Brew your tea & let it cool.
STEP 2:
Pour cooled tea into glasses.
STEP 3:
Stir in sweetener and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds per glass.
STEP 4:
Allow chia seeds to swell for 5 minutes and stir again to break up any seeds lumped together.
STEP 5:
Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled or room temperature.
INGREDIENTS
- Tea of choice - we used hibiscus tea. A berry tea or ready-made iced tea would work too
- Coconut Blossom Nectar or sweetener of choice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds per cup of tea
- Mint leaves for garnish
