METHOD
Preheat the oven to its lowest setting.
STEP 2:Place the coconut oil, coconut nectar, vanilla and salt in a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
STEP 3:Add the oats, superfoods, nuts and seeds to the bowl. Stir thoroughly to coat well.
STEP 4:Spread the mixture out evenly in a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 5:Mix the granola every 5 minutes to roast the nuts and seeds equally.
STEP 6:Once golden, remove from the oven.
INGREDIENTS
- ¼ C almonds, diced
- ¼ C walnuts, diced
- ¼ C sunflower seeds
- ¼ C pumpkin seeds
- ¼ C Goji Berries or Mulberries
- ¼ C Hemp Seeds
- 3 Tbsp Cinnamon PBPM
- 2 C gluten-free oats
- 1 Tbsp cacao butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 4 Tbsp Coconut Blossom Nectar
- ½ tsp salt
