METHOD
STEP 1:
Add all smoothie ingredients into a Nutribullet on high speed and blend well. Add more oat milk until you reach desired consistency.
STEP 2:
Use a circle-shaped measuring spoon to carve out circles from the papaya, top with granola, pomegranates, medjool dates and lemon zest.
STEP 3 :
Drizzle coconut cream on top!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp Master Adaptogens powder
- 1 tsp Hemp powder
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 C oat milk (can use water instead or oat milk for added protein)
TOPPINGS
- Granola
- Medjool dates
- Pomegranate seeds
- Papaya
- Lemon zest (from ½ a lemon)
- Coconut cream
