METHOD
STEP 1:
Place the oats, chia seeds, cacao powder, mushrooms, adaptogens and pink Himalayan salt in a bowl. Mix well. Add the coffee and plant based milk. Mix together to combine well
STEP 2:
In a separate bowl, combine the coconut yoghurt, vanilla extract and pure maple syrup or agave
STEP 3:
You can either use two glass jars or two glasses, spoon the oat mixture into the glass (2-3 tbsp at a time), top with the coconut yoghurt and repeat. Dust the top with cacao powder
STEP 4:
Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the sunshine!

- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 ¼ cup plant based milk
- ¼ cup mesquite coffee or espresso
- 1 Tbsp Master Adaptogens
- 1 Tbsp Master Mushrooms
- 4 Tbsp Cacao Powder
- Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
- 6 Tbsp coconut yoghurt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup / agave (optional)
