Place the matcha and hot water into a mug. Mix well.
Heat your milk of choice to a gentle simmer, and immediately remove from the heat.
Use a handheld frother, frothing pitcher or an espresso machine to get the desired frothy effect.
Pour the milk into your frappé mug. Pour one drop of mint essential oil onto a teaspoon. From there tilt about half a drop from the spoon into the frappé. Add honey. Stir well to combine.

- 1½ Tbsp honey
