METHOD
STEP 1:
Mix or sift all powders together until completely blended. Store in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place.
TO SERVE:
Stir or whisk 2–3 tsp into a mug of hot oat or almond milk. Add a drop of vanilla extract or a swirl of honey for extra comfort.
DRY INGREDIENTS
- ½ C Mesquite powder
- ¼ C coconut milk powder or oat milk powder
- 2 Tbsp Master Adaptogens
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp cardamom
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1–2 Tbsp coconut sugar for added sweetness (optional)
