METHOD
STEP 1:
Mix the oat flour, chocolate protein powder, honey, tahini, and a dash of chocolate milk.
Additionally, add some pink salt and mix well until you have a pliable batter.
STEP 2:
Press into square molds and freeze until set. Dip in melted chocolate and serve with a drizzle of chocolate and a sprinkle of coarse salt.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 C ground oat flour
- 2 Tbsp Cinnamon Plant-Based Protein Mix

¼ C honey or maple syrup
- ⅓ C tahini or nut butter of choice
- Splash of chocolate milk to mix
- Pinch of salt
- Melted chocolate to dip
