Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- 2 C water
- 1/2 C cashews
- 4 Tbsp NOURISH superfood protein Shake
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp honey (or White Mulberries or dates)
- pinch of vanilla powder
Optional: instead of 2 cups of water, add 1 cup of water and for the other cup add ice blocks to the cup measure and then fill with water. This will give it a thicker consistency.
