I started taking this magic pill about a month ago. I’ve always used Ashwaghanda but maybe ones that’s less effective & im telling you it works so good. It calms me and helps me sleep, I’ve always had problems sleeping but since I’ve been using this I can see a huge difference in my sleeping pattern. I take 2x day about 1 hour after meal, it really has been a game changer for me.
