METHOD

STEP 1:

In a food processor, add the all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

 

STEP 2:

Place mixture in the freezer for 1 hour or until hardened.

 

STEP 3:

Roll ingredients into 20g balls.

 

STEP 4:

Melt the dark chocolate over warm water.

 

STEP 5:

Coat the balls and top with a sprinkle of malden salt.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ¼ cup cashews, soaked
  • 1.5 cup desiccated coconut
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 Tbsp baobab powder
  • Dark chocolate, chunks

TOPPINGS:

Dark Raw Chocolate
