Ingredients

3-4 avocados
juice of 1 lemon
2 T Wheatgrass Powder
1/2 t salt

additional:
chopped onion chives or spring onions, cherry tomatoes and coriander

Method

Step 1:

Scoop out the avo flesh into a blender. Add the lemon juice wheatgrass powder and salt. Blend until smooth and spoon into a bowl.

Step 2:

Mix in the chopped onion chives or spring onions, cherry tomatoes and coriander and serve.
